1. Our Services
Uni Assist Global provides guidance and support for student visas, work permits, study abroad applications, and related immigration services. Our role is advisory — we help you prepare, understand requirements, and submit accurate applications.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Visa, admission, and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities, embassies, and educational institutions. While we do everything we can to prepare a strong application, we cannot guarantee the approval of any visa, admission, or immigration request.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
- Respond to requests for documents or clarification in a timely manner
- Inform us promptly of any change in your circumstances that may affect your application
- Meet any deadlines communicated to you by our consultants or the relevant authorities
4. Fees & Payments
Consultation and service fees, where applicable, are communicated to you directly by our team before any engagement begins. Government, embassy, and institutional fees are separate from our consulting fees and are payable directly to the relevant authority.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Uni Assist Global or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Uni Assist Global is not liable for decisions made by embassies, immigration authorities, or educational institutions, or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, where it does arise, is limited to the fees you have paid us for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
